At Kokka Fabrics, we want you to be inspired by every yard you purchase; if your home textile order isn't a perfect fit, you can return unwashed and uncut fabric within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully fold the fabric to prevent creasing and place it in its original packaging along with the printed return form.
Ship Back to Kokka
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the textile quality, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
